3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days.

• Shipping Times:

  • South Africa: 1 - 3 business days

  • International: 1 - 3 weeks (depending on location)

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

• Delays: Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

4. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If you are unsatisfied, please review our return policy below:

• Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 4 business days.

• Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized/personalized items are final sale unless defective.
